Is it still today?

The bad part about being a night owl is that it’s 2am and I’m hungry. I had leftoever Thai food around 7. A pudding cup at 7:30. A vegetarian corn dog at 9. Followed by a 100 calorie bag of popcorn around 10, and a 150 calorie Skinny Cow ice cream cup at 10:30. Sounds like a lot of food, right?

Wrong.

Each of those things was so tiny. It was a wee bit of Thai food. And 100 calories of popcorn just isn’t that much. Not to mention that the last thing I ate was about 4 hours ago. But if I have something now, I don’t know where to put those points. I haven’t been to bed yet, so is it still today? Or is it tomorrow? Dieting is so confusing…
